The "Agape Shoes Logo Design" project aimed to establish a distinctive visual identity for a luxury shoe reseller brand, catering to the urban luxury market. The primary goal was to create a logo that encapsulated class, care, and transparency, aligning seamlessly with the brand's identity and target audience.

Agape Shoes
The project scope encompassed logo design for Agape Shoes. Given the client's initial uncertainty about their design preferences, I presented a diverse range of design concepts, from bold and abstract to minimalistic, to explore and discover their preferences.
The creative process began with a deep dive into understanding Agape Shoes' core values and desired public image. We drew inspiration from renowned luxury brands like Louis Vuitton and Vogue, aiming to capture a sense of sophistication and elegance in the logo.
The key design elements of the Agape Shoes logo included a regular-sized type that resonated with the luxury aspect of the brand. The name "Agape," derived from the Greek word for unconditional love, was a central theme. The heart symbol integrated into the "A" symbolized love as the brand's core value. Heavy kerning on "shoes" ensured a balanced composition beneath "Agape."
The logo was created using Affinity Designer, offering a suitable alternative to Adobe Illustrator. While Affinity Designer excelled in many aspects, certain intricate design elements, such as the spacing between the heart and "A," required creative workarounds to achieve the desired result.
The final product was a complete logo with mock-ups that effectively conveyed Agape Shoes' values and set the foundation for its visual identity. The design successfully captured the essence of the brand and its commitment to class, care, and transparency.
Pedro Countee, the founder of Agape Shoes, expressed immense satisfaction with the logo design. He found it both captivating and market-appropriate, aligning perfectly with the brand's vision.
